- 03Requirements and hypothesesWe define functionality and success criteria. We prioritise with our own matrix: every task gets a numeric priority “price tag”.
- 04PrototypingWe turn ideas into clear user scenarios and interactive prototypes.
- 05UI/UX designWe prepare an agreed design that can be handed over to development. If you have a brand book, we follow it.

Engagement and payment models.
We build long-term partnerships, so we choose the model that works best for you. Models can be combined — for example, Discovery at a fixed price, then T&M.
Scope, timeline and cost are fixed upfront.
